-Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, ensuring efficient collaboration and productivity.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Innovation: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions, exploring new technologies and trends.
- Architectural Design: Design the overall architecture of the web application to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead Development Projects: Oversee the end-to-end development of web applications, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively, leveraging problem-solving skills and domain expertise.
- Code Integrity: Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and version control.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously seek ways to improve the team’s productivity and product quality.
- Convert Designs to Code: Collaborate with graphic designers to translate visual designs into functional code.
- Security & Data Protection: Implement robust security practices to protect data and maintain the integrity of applications.
Required Skills & Expertise:
-Back-End Development:
- Extensive experience with multiple back-end languages and frameworks.
- Proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB, including complex queries and large database management.
- Experience with Nginx server management.
-Front-End Development:
- Proficient in JavaScript, with a strong command of one or more frameworks: Vue.js, Svelte, or ReactJS.
- Solid understanding of CSS, with experience in Tailwind CSS.
-Web Development:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., jQuery) for front-end customization.
- Experience in web server configurations (e.g., Nginx, Apache) for hosting web applications.
-Python & Scripting:
- Proficiency in Python for back-end scripting and task automation.
- Ability to create scripts for automating tasks and workflows within web applications.
-Version Control & Collaboration:
- Proficient in Git for code versioning and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and project management software to coordinate with the development team.
-Database Management:
- Experience with database systems like MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and SQL query optimization.
-API Development:
- Knowledge of designing and working with RESTful APIs for integrating web applications with other systems and services.
-Security & Performance Optimization:
- Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Skills in optimizing the performance of web applications, including identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
-Troubleshooting & Debugging:
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to diagnose and resolve issues in web applications.
-Documentation:
- Excellent documentation skills to maintain records of customization, workflows, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing software development projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Full-stack development with a focus on PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and the other specified technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
