Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible to manage the floor to lead the Engineers and Technicians including Servicing, Customer Service etc.
- Maintain standard environment of workshop .
- Responsible for ensuring excellent service by full satisfection to the customers.
- To increase the number of customer and make profitable the Workshop as per target.
- Manage the workshop and ensuring high quality business activities with maximum effort.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline workshop operations.
- Ensuring the achievement of daily/monthly service target.ยท
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by proper servicing the vehicles.
- Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Any other responsibilities as and when required as per management requirement from time to time.
