Creating fresh, innovative and commercial designs for seasonal denim/non-denim collections.
Selecting fabrics, washes, and finishes for the desired look.
Developing new styles and trends in denim fashion.
Conducting research on market trends and consumer preferences.
Creating technical sketches and specifications for production.
Ensuring the quality and fit of the final denim products.
Work closely with other category designers to cross pollinate ideas.
Outfitting, assortment balance and maintain seasonal design direction.
Prepare for and participate in all relevant product meetings.
Translate trends, concepts, and direction for creation of brand specific denim apparel .
