Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor/Honors, Higher Secondary, Masters

Experience

    Wholesale, Retail Store, Tannery/Footwear, E-commerce Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the B2B or wholesale industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Knowledge or experience in the footwear industry is a plus

Responsibilities & Context

  • Propose sales targets of assigned regions and distribute appropriate targets among team members.
  • Ensure unit-wise sales target achievement of the assigned region in terms of value & volume.
  • Minimize the market return and replacement.Monitor the activities of the competitors and set suitable sales strategies accordingly.
  • Guide and lead team members & motivate them to achieve the target.·
  • To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales & Collection activities.·
  • To Create the Direct Sales.·
  • To expand the business by creating strong Distribution Channel & maintain relationship with the potential Dealer.·
  • To motivate the Distributors & Sales Persons. To upgrade the information of price rate of the Competitor Companies.·
  • To able to work independently to achieve the target in the assign territory.·
  • Generation of sales leads by visiting different competitor’s agents, farms on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the respective work visit in accordance with the route plan.·
  • Accountable to prepare monthly own route plan.·
  • Build-up relation with Dealer’s and to give them necessary information regarding products, performance (advantages & benefits), prices, commissions, comparative advantages of product & attract them in business.·
  • Accountable to add new Dealer’s from the competition in the respective gap market.·
  • Ensure the monthly target through existing and adding new customers on a monthly basis.·
  • Accountable to achieve new dealer sales and stuck dealer sales as per given target.·
  • Establishing achievement oriented distributor and sales force network in the assigned area.·
  • Develop & Execute target achievement plan for the assigned area comprising of multiple distributors. Reporting Daily Product-wise Sales performance against the target·
  • To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.·
  •  Any other tasks as & when assign by the Authority
