Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting Information System or, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Information System

Experience

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per procedure.
Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
Need to generate Issue & Receiving challan, Ensure proper deliveries.
Ensure proper store compliance.Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
Monitor Bonded Warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely.
Maintain Bonded Warehouse space management.Maintain Tally software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
To accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way. Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
Systematic documentation.Clear knowledge to deal the customs audit .
Proven experience to maintain all the store( Accessories, Chemical , Finish Goods & Wastage Store) in the factory premises.
Any other assignment is given by higher authority.
