Responsibilities & Context
Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
Keep up to date PM reports daily basis
Tender Preparation
Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Review the work progress on daily basis
Analyses, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Participate all the meeting which related with project
Ensure bill on time
Any other activities to fulfill tasks
