- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or ActionScript.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
- Strong artistic sense, with the ability to create visually appealing animations that align with brand guidelines.
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Responsibilities & Context
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Interactive Animator at CodersTrust, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and interactive animations that enhance the user experience across various digital platforms. You will work closely with designers, developers, and other creative team members to bring ideas to life through motion graphics, interactive elements, and engaging animations.
Animation Design, Development & Asset Management
- Create both 2D and 3D animations that align with the project’s creative vision and user experience goals.
- Develop storyboards or animatics to outline the visual flow and sequence of animations.
- Ensure that all animations are consistent with the overall visual style and brand guidelines of the project.
- Design and create necessary visual assets, such as characters, environments, and effects, to be used in animations.

- Optimize animations for performance across different platforms, ensuring smooth playback and minimal load times.
- Manage and compress animation files, and conduct cross-platform testing to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain an organized library of animation assets with proper labeling and version control.
- Stay updated on industry trends, continuously improve skills, and apply innovative techniques to projects.
- Participate in creative reviews, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize animations.
Interactive Animation Development
- Develop animations that respond to user inputs, enhancing engagement and creating an interactive experience.
- Implement animations that dynamically change based on user interactions, such as hover effects, drag-and-drop elements, and interactive transitions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to prototype interactive animations for user testing and feedback.
- Refine and adjust animations based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to meet project objectives.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table by applying new trends and techniques to ongoing projects.
