Responsibilities & Context
- Lead to prepare Yearly and Monthly plan
- Lead to prepare monthly training calendar
- Communicate and coordinate with customer
- Regular Customer Visit
- Prepare service proposal, quotation and scheduling of Training and consultancy Service
- Develop Trainers Pool
- Lead Training co-ordination activities
- Deliver Training as a trainer on relevant trainings
- Deliver Efficiency Improvement related consultancy offsite and onsite.
