Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues on desktops and laptops.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on PCs and devices.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
Monitor UPS systems, perform battery checks, and resolve technical faults.
Troubleshoot and fix printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Install and configure network-connected printing devices.
Repair minor electronic issues in-house or at branch offices.
Coordinate with external service providers for repairs beyond internal capabilities.
Conduct market visits for product purchases or warranty claims.
Track equipment warranties and service agreements.
Provide online technical support.
