Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Align sales initiatives with overall business objectives to drive revenue growth.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales targets in line with company goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to exceed sales targets through innovative approaches.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and regional distribution partners.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide guidance to enhance team effectiveness.
Route & Territory Planning:
- Develop and maintain an efficient route plan in accordance with the Prescribed Job Plan (PJP).
- Ensure optimal territory coverage to maximize sales potential.
ROI Management:
- Monitor and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI) for stakeholders and the sales team.
- Implement strategies to optimize profitability and business outcomes.
Market Expansion & Sales Growth:
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand BCI Industries Limited market presence.
- Continuously analyze market trends to drive monthly sales achievements.
