Responsibilities & Context
The purpose of the role is to promote sales of the Airlines, Travel, Tourism and related lines of business
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Acquisition of new clients
- For B2B sale purpose, you need to visit the client office.
- Customer related data collection
- Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring the best possible options.
- Key Account Management.
- Experience in Travel, Tours, and Visa formalities.
- A revenue driven, target based individual with a “Can Do” attitude.
- Ensuring targets are met in a timely manner.
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance or upgraded seats/accommodations.
Working hour: 9 hour based schedule @ weekly 6 days
