Responsibilities & Context
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and ERP domain.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
