  • Sound knowledge in EPZ Labor Law 2019.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the Organization.
  • Conduct study on critical positions on talent mapping.
  • Conduct study on Organizational structure indicating functional and sub-functional role and reporting line.
  • Conduct compensation survey on RMG industries.
  • Prepare effective HR recruitment budget and monitors & constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement in the organization.
  • Finding top layer talents in the similar industry by evaluating resumes, language skills, and scenario-based questions.
  • Engaging with high end candidates while representing the company with passion, integrity and professionalism.
  • Explore new recruitment channels and give recommendations to Concerned Business Head.
  • Oversee the daily influx of candidate resumes, accurately screening against defined criteria and recording the outcome.
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
  • Ensure and Conduct onboarding process for new joiners on time and feedback sessions.
  • Manage job posting, create job evolution matrix and maintain system recruitment.
  • Conducts job interview, Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  • Provide application trends for job postings to ensure the best-fit candidates are applying for the most appropriate roles.
  • To build employer brand strategies to attract, hire and retain great talent in a competitive hiring market.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
