Responsibilities & Context
- Determine schedules according to customer Orders.
- Set the target of Production and achieve on time.
- Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
- Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
- Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
- Follow up the process of production accounts to wash.
- Follow up the process of finishing to shipment.
- Continuous coordination with Merchandising and Production team for uninterrupted production.
- Communicate with all departments to smoothen the operation.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly meeting with management.
- Submit report on daily basis.
