- Developing a sales plan with sales team.
- Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Targeting Sales objectives along with Management and Sales Representatives.
- Maintaining a good relationship with distributor.
- Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports for different regions.
- Presenting monthly reports to the head office and highlighting the key points.
- Suggesting improvements in sales approaches.
- Assisting in hiring, training and developing of new sales members.
- Ensuring the market coverage by lifting products in every outlet.
- Staying up to date on various market trends and sales analysis.
