Responsibilities & Context
i. Drive KPI Achievement
- Ensure that 100% of KPIs are met across all FMCG distribution points
- Monitor adherence to basic hygiene standards, ensuring consistency and quality in operations.
- Identify gaps in KPI achievement and implement corrective measures to maintain performance.
ii. Develop and Implement Performance Strategies
- Create and implement strategies to improve DB performance, leveraging data analysis to guide initiatives.
- Align performance strategies with broader business goals, ensuring that KPI achievements contribute to overall success.
- Continuously evaluate and refine performance management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
iii. Monitor and Report on DB Performance
- Collect and analyze data related to distributor incentive performance, identifying trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports that provide insights into KPI fulfillment progress and highlight key areas for strategic focus.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to KPI strategies and drive optimal outcomes.
iv. Field Team Alignment and Support
- Work closely with field teams to set and identify monthly KPIs, aligning strategies and efforts towards common goals.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates with the field team to track progress and address any performance issues.
- Coordinate efforts across teams to optimise overall performance and ensure alignment with the business objectives.
