Additional Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience in PHP development, with at least 2+ years working with Laravel framework.
- Deep understanding of MVC architecture, OOP principles, and modern PHP development practices.
- Proven track record of designing and developing complex, large-scale web applications.
- Expertise in working with MySQL, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
- Strong experience with RESTful API development and integrations.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies like JavaScript (Vue.js/React), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Git and other version control systems.
- Solid understanding of security best practices for web applications, including data encryption, secure coding, and vulnerability mitigation.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using Laravel and PHP.
- Lead full-stack development efforts, ensuring best practices and high standards for code quality, performance, and security.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs, third-party services, and complex database structures to support application functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Implement and enforce industry-standard development practices, including unit testing, continuous integration, and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on complex projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Laravel and PHP ecosystem advancements and ensure the team follows best practices.
