MBA/Bachelor degree in Marketing; Specialized certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM) will be given preferences.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in similar position with reputed Cement Manufacturing Industry focused in Cement Marketing (Offline & Digital).
  • Age 28 to 35 years is most preferred.
  • Only Males are allowed to apply.
  • Proven experience in developing successful offline and digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management tools and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: A leading cement manufacturing industry in Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented “Manager – Offline & Digital Marketing” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our cement products in both offline and online channels.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive offline and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, promotions, and events.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activities, and track industry trends.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement materials and support sales efforts. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience effectively.
  • Identify market trends and insights to adjust marketing strategies, optimizing budget allocation and overall performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Ensure daily team reporting, every month’s marketing planning and execution, handling offline marketing directly. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • To perform any other assignment from Management.
