Responsibilities & Context
- Develop Upazila-level action plans and track progress.
- Conduct surveys to identify girls at risk of child marriage and form Swapnosarothi groups for life skills sessions and meetings.
- Organize meetings with parents, watch groups, and local administration on child marriage prevention.
- Manage conditional cash transfers and provide livelihood support to eligible girls and families.
- Coordinate legal advice, support for court cases, alternative dispute resolution, and referrals for survivors.
- Report through software, and coordinate with key stakeholders.
