Responsibilities & Context
- Sales, Reservation & Ticketing·
- Handle day to day passengers (walk in and over phone)·
- Track and monitor company targets·
- Develop client relationships·
- Exercise tele sales & handle customer complaints
- Ability to handle telephone, hot line, e-mail, social Media inquiries.
- Checking qualification, eligibility of the applicants, follow destination countries, visa application processing system.
- Creating and managing customer, maintain visitors Database and Regular follow-up them.
- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and record.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Acquiring the monthly revenue and profit target generated by the management.
- Design complete travel itineraries for clients.
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Ability to handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine effective solution.
