Requirements

Education

  • HSC, Bachelor/Honors

Will be preferred Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field, OR Any PGD in SCM.

Experience

    Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain, Food (Packaged)

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in inventory management or store operations, preferably in the food industry.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities & Context

Kloud Project Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Officer – Inventory & Store to manage and oversee all inventory and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that inventory levels are maintained to meet the company’s operational needs, while minimizing excess supply and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials as needed for operations.

  • Perform regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system as necessary.

  • Coordinate with the procurement department for timely and efficient ordering of supplies.

  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize losses and waste.

  • Supervise store staff and ensure the smooth operation of the store.

  • Prepare inventory reports and provide insights to management on stock levels and requirements.

  • Ensure proper storage of goods and materials to prevent damage or deterioration.

  • Handle any inventory-related issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to optimize efficiency.

Additional Information:

  • The position requires a commitment of 12 hours per day.

  • The company provides lunch and covers mobile bill expenses.
