- Proven track record of representing organization to external stakeholders and coordination
- Highly adaptive to work in constant change environment independently where revision to projects and planning is common phenomenon
- Experience of managing oversight of logistics, procurement, administrative and office management
- Ability to resolve problem by working with internal and external stake holders in a participatory approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and execute tasks in a high-pressure work environment
- Ability to frequently move anywhere and motorcycle driving
- Language Preference:
- Strong communication skills in both: Bengali & English.

Job Location: Uttaran regional office, Tala, Satkhira

Uttaran is a people-centred organization using a rights-based approach to alleviate poverty, diversify livelihood opportunities and empower poor communities of Bangladesh.
Uttaran invites applications for the vacant position titled- Senior Admin Officer
Reports to: Head of Admin
Job Responsibilities
Admin manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Plan and implement administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Manage and maintain personnel unit and process personnel files with making position base staff Job descriptions
- Manage and prepare Deed, Agreement, house rent, utilities and other things of all branch offices with the regional offices.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations and have vast idea of different policies specially personnel management policy, safeguarding policy and labor law
- Maintain the general staff and project staff attendance, leave, movement, transferring process, disciplinary action, joining and final settlement process.
- Receive and deliver goods and update records with database and maintain IT sector and fleet management
- Prepare Documents for organization due diligence and assessment and have vast idea of auditing process
- Make TOR, reports, Regulations.
- Work for budgeting, proposal writing and documentation with team and monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Manage vehicle and assets
- Work for recruitment process.
- Work for salary disbursement and salary related records.
- Check and manage benefit package, travel, conveyance, bills of all project and general staffs.
- Assess staff performance appraisal process and evaluation system and provide training and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Prepare, and submit various papers, reports, documents for Govt. and non-Govt. offices and donors
- Work and communicate with various stakeholders with NGO Bureau.
- Arrange all type of seminar, workshop, training etc.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and developments

Compensation & Other Benefits
