Nawar Properties Ltd. is a reputed Real Estate Developer Company located in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka, is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Manager/ Sr. Manager (Marketing & Sales)·

  • Capable to achieving Monthly Sales target.
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing dept.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Prepare and execute necessary trade marketing, promotions, offers and engagement activities to ensure product sales.·         Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)·
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
  • Ensure qualified leads, call center actions & proper data management.
  • Ensure proper vendor and agency communications for sustainable and effective results.
  • Product feasibility analysis & develop applicable pricing models.
  • Design strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
  • Deliver compelling and engaging presentations to potential customers, showcasing Nawar Properties Ltd.
  • Actively participate in the sales team to promote the program.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
  • Tailor presentations to individual customer preferences and requirements.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Following company rules and regulations properly.
  • Daily market visit, potential client hunting & meeting with them.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
