Requirements

Education

Experience

Experience in Automobile sales/production/supply chain (preferable)

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare report of overall business – Sales, Production, Order, Supply & Stock.
• Regularly analyze trends in sales, supply chain, and stock aging to inform strategic decisions.
• Record and publish meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up with relevant departments.
• Utilize SAP software to prepare orders for raw materials, CKD kits, and CBU as well as to generate quotations.
• Create reports using methodologies such as PDCA, 5W2H and root cause analysis.
• Engage in extensive communication with both internal teams and external partners.
• Perform additional tasks as required by superiors to support organizational needs.
