Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our company;
- Installing, implementing, and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
- Should have experience with Wi-Fi device, CCTV, IP Camera, Attendance device management;
- Must have a clear knowledge of IP networks and data communication;
- Must have hands-on experience in network Cabling, Routing and Switching;
- Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards;
- Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
- Require good communication skill;
- Must be ready to do roster/shifting duty.
