Responsibilities & Context
- Follow up all LC’s with the commercial team & secure them in a timely manner.
- Update & review end-to-end critical paths with the Cross-Functional team (SPL/ F&T/ Factory) on a daily basis for allocated orders.
- Overseas fabric & trims follow-up.
- Ensure PI/LC/document follow-up.
- Ensure external & internal inspection booking & follow-up. Ensure factory WIP & production follow-up.
- Ensure cut control and cut projection.
- Ensure fabric shade & wash shade approval & all local trims approval.
- Ensure weekly customer system updates.
- Ensure and work based on DL’s, share projections with mill, suppliers and deliveries including inputs.
