Job Description / Responsibility:
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
- Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy
- Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
- Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed
- Resolve IT queries & Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, Computer hardware, software, Printer, and All networking problems.
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including networks, servers, and CCTV systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Good knowledge of Windows server Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Office 365.
- Good knowledge of MikroTik Router, IPT service.
- Monitor network device and services for smooth network transaction and resolve issues on timely basis. Ensure all of services are up and running.
- Conduct ERP & IT training for basic computer skills and other applications for end user within the organization. Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure periodic reporting & Reconciliation.
- Ensure the smooth running of all modules in inventory system.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Support users with computer problems and resolve their issues
- Create engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing materials..
- Analyze requirements and develop both web and windows desktop applications to meet organizational needs.
