Job Description / Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
- Build and customize e-commerce, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy projects that meet client requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, guiding them through technical challenges.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Manage basic IT tasks and provide support for internal office management systems.
- Contribute to office administration tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
