Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales responsible for overseeing and driving a company’s sales operations. Their primary goal is to develop strategies that maximize revenue, grow the customer base, and ensure the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of both short-term and long-term strategic plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

    Sales Management:

  • Achieve periodical sales target, as agreed with management ensuring bottom line Oversee and mentor the sales team to ensure effective performance, motivation, and professional development.
  • Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics; monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company’s client base and market share.

    Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the creation and execution of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising strategies.

    Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

    Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activities and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and marketing effectiveness.

    Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other departments, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand and build relationships.
