Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing or a related field from a reputable local or foreign university.
  • Preferred universities include: Dhaka University, Jahangirnagar University, Chittagong University, Khulna University, Rajshahi University, Bangladesh University of Professionals, NSU, EWU, BRAC, IUB, AIUB, UIU, etc.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years

Additional Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Consumer Insights & Market Research.
  • Proven work experience in a reputable Research Organization specializing in Consumer Insights & Market Research.
  • Hands-on experience in Research Design, Analysis, and Reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of data collection and fieldwork methodologies.
  • Established professional relationships with various corporate houses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant statistical software.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Market Research Project Management: Oversee and execute various market research projects, both international and local, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Research Tool Development: Develop and refine market research tools, such as discussion guides and survey questionnaires, to effectively capture relevant data and ensure the tools align with project objectives.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare comprehensive proposals in response to Terms of Reference (ToR) and Requests for Proposal (RFP), highlighting our capabilities and approach.
  • Report Writing: Prepare clear, concise, and insightful research reports, summarizing key findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for clients.
  • Data Analysis: Employ advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from qualitative and quantitative data, utilizing tools like SPSS, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the research and data acquisition team, providing support in moderation, transcription, interpretation, quality control management, data error management, situation analysis, and field team coordination.
