Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • MBA in Digital Marketing with a Bachelor degree in Marketing; Specialized certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM) will be given preferences.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in Marketing in the healthcare industry with a focus on campaign strategy, content creation and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management tools and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics & Tracking. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented “Manager – Marketing” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities and ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience. He/she will lead and execute digital marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize online & offline presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Job Description:

Advertising & Marketing:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Optimize ad performance through continuous monitoring, testing, and refining strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community organizations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

SEO & Analytics:

  • Hands-on experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tracking tools to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance website elements, landing pages, and forms, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates.

Content Strategy & Management:

  • Oversee the creation and management of content for the company’s website, blog and social media channels.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience effectively.

Sales Funnel & Insights:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey, optimizing marketing efforts to drive conversions.
  • Identify market trends and insights to adjust marketing strategies, optimizing budget allocation and overall performance.

Website Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and update the WordPress website.
  • Create and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.

Campaign Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Forecast the growth and ROI of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports to Directors and key stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Ensure daily team reporting, every month’s marketing planning and execution, handling offline marketing directly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative design, and product management department, to ensure digital marketing efforts are integrated with overall business objectives.
