Education

    NGO, Venture Capital Firm

Additional Requirements

  • 4-7 years of work experience in Startups, NGOs, iNGOs and VCs.
  • Proven experience in writing and submitting successful grant proposals.
  • Strong research skills to identify appropriate grant opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial aspects of grant proposals.
  • Familiarity with (grant management systems/software) is a plus.
  • Working experience in NGO/iNGO grant management team is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Research and identify potential funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporations, NGOs, iNGOs, and relevant organizations.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the organization’s projects and funding needs.

  • Write, edit, and submit grant proposals, applications, and supporting documents that align with grant requirements.

  • Monitor grant opportunities and deadlines, ensuring timely submissions.

  • To maintain relationship with the relevant stakeholders of the Grant Authorities.

  • Maintain records of all submitted applications, track status, and follow up on submitted proposals.

  • Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to gather the necessary data and supporting documents for applications.

  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in grant writing and funding strategies.

  • Prepare and present progress reports to management on submitted proposals and upcoming opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with all grant reporting requirements for successfully awarded grants.
