Responsibilities & Context
- Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.80 lines maintain.
- Maintain proper KPI target/ Ratio
- Must be able to handle Buyers independently
- Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.
- Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets
- Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.
- Communicate with suppliers for raw materials booking and delivery.
- Plan and follow up external factories for timely shipment.
- Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods
- Any other tasks assign by management.
