Responsibilities & Context
1. Collaborating with designers and product development teams to conceptualize and develop new denim garments based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand requirements.
2. Identifying and sourcing raw material such as denim fabric, trims, and accessories from suppliers, negotiating price, terms, and ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules.
3. Conducting cost analysis for denim garments, including fabric, trims, labor, and overhead cost, to determine competitive pricing strategies that align with market demands and profit margins.
4. Managing the entire order process from order placement to delivery, including order tracking, ensuring on-time production, resolving any issues that may arise during production, and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
5. Collaborating with production teams, including industrial engineers and factory managers, to plan and schedule production based on order requirements, capacity, and lead times.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, buyers, and stakeholders. Acting as a primary point of contact for major accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectation are met or exceeded.
