Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Problem Solving: Address operational issues and challenges promptly, finding effective solutions and minimizing disruptions.
Quality Control: Ensure that all products and services meet the highest quality standards.
Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs to ensure profitability.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance to management.
Customer Satisfaction: Foster positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
Create zoom and email IDs to customize the panel and keep it updated regularly.
Calculation Daily Salary and Bonus of all Teachers according to live class present.
Coordinating and problem solving with all academic teams on live classes and other issues.
Batch creation of operation routines and panels.
Sending SMS to absent students and new teachers Id create
