Additional Requirements

Who have no experience in Recovery (commercial vehicles sales) need not to apply for the post.
Retired Army or Police officer who have the experience in recovery will be given highest priority.
Need to know Microsoft office applications (such as MS word, Excel, Power point etc).
Need to know Motorcycle driving and should have Motorcycle driving license.

Maintain Daily reports & provide all information to team leader.
Exceptionally strong communication and negotiation skills.
Follow-up Payment issues on a regular basis.Dedicated to recovering debt that is rightfully owed.
Strong ability to work with reliable customers.
Customer Documents filing, Monitor periodic credit reviews.
Initiating legal or other recovery actions against customers.
Make action plan for recovery strategy of automobile business of the company.
Visit to all parties to the agreement & remind them for dues payable.
ERP Review – All the recovery related information to be reviewed and analyzed which will help manage the portfolio of the customer.
Maintain & ensure reconciliation of party ledger.
Analyzing reasons for default for various accounts and propose settlement strategies.
Lead and manage a team to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with operational teams to implement strategic changes.
Develop monitoring tools to assist operational teams in managing new processes, workflows, and procedures.
Any other task assign by the Management.
