Must have effective classroom management skills and strategies. Giving feedback about the performance of the students and their activities to the authority. Observing, recording and reporting on the behavior of individual students as assigned. Communicating effectively both orally and in writing with students, parents and other professionals. Implementing the day-to-day program under the direction of the Principal/Headmistress/Coordinator.
