Responsibilities & Context
- Maintains the operations and surveillance of water tube boiler equipment, Related control panels, and distribution control systems.
- Responsible for assisting the operation activities of the shift engineer.
- Responsible for boiler Operation/Maintenance scheduled and unscheduled.
- To look after economizer, FWP, FD fan, Condensate pump, and feed water quality of water tube boiler.
- Handle and operate SCADA & DCS system.
- Maintains an operating log and provides operating data, graphs, etc. pertinent to the efficient operation of the plant.
- Cleans the plant and equipment including the inside and outside of the boiler.
- Establish a good line of communication with all powerhouse personnel.
