Requirements
Education
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- Must have Registration of Pharmacy Council as “A” Grade Pharmacist.

Responsibilities & Context
- Reviews prescriptions to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed medicine, and to evaluate their suitability.
- Provides information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication, storage to the clients/patients.
- Maintains records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventories and maintains registries of narcotics, and controlled drugs.
- Oversees the acquisition and disbursement of drugs and medications to various patients and other sites.
- Plans, implements, and maintains procedures for storing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals according to policy and legal requirements to ensure quality, security, and proper disposal. Ensure proper management of the date expired medicine items from time to time.
- Advises customers on the selection of medication brands, and health care supplies.
- Orders and purchases pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, and drugs, maintaining stock and storing and handling it properly.
- Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
