Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Electro Medical get preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 38 years
  • Min. of 5 years of experience in Medical & diagnostic items sales management, get preferred analyzers sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and services.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the organization by driving sales growth in the Healthcare/medical industry and managing the sales team.
  • This position requires a high level of responsibility, reliability, and flexibility.
  • The Sales Manager must be able to work well under pressure and be willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
  • The Sales Manager & his team must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will often be the primary point of contact with clients.

Responsibilities & Context

Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in selling different Analyzer & medical consumable items to healthcare providers, hospitals, Clinic, Diagnostic Center, Surgical Shop and other medical facilities. This position requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of the healthcare industry, and the ability to manage a team.

Reports To: HoD

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals in the healthcare industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the healthcare industry.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
  • Develop and manage the medical items sales budget.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and supervise Client order and payment collection from respective parties/ clients/ institutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations.
