Responsibilities & Context

  • Handling Sales and Marketing of Different types of Yarn.
  • Develop Sales and & Marketing strategy for the company.
  • Proper Management of Sales and Marketing team.
  • Achieving monthly Sales target.
  • Sourcing new buyers.
  • Coordination with factory for delivery in time.
  • Issue PI and DO.
  • Ensure product delivery on time coordinating with supply chain team to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Review and analyze customer requirement and report to production team as well as management.
  • Work on Master LC, Export LC, BTB LC and Miscellaneous Certification.
  • Liaison with Commercial department for smooth document handling.
  • Follow up with customer for payment collection.
  • Ability to handle and communicate with top management of buyers.
  • To maintain appropriate communicative knowledge with customers & Handling different types of claims efficiently.
  • The applicants should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
  • Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experienced in commercial export, import documents making related to Textile industry. It must include the L/C process.
  • Should be well conversant on Documentation, C & F, Customs, Vat, BTMA as well as knowledge on Import-Export Policy/Guideline.
  • To follow-up PI, opening LC for importer, and complete checking all commercial documentation related to import.
  • Follow up daily activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
  • Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
