Responsibilities & Context

ASSURE Tourism Ltd is a sister concern of ASSURE Group. Since July 2022, it has successfully operated two government-approved 5-star resorts: DERA Resort & Spa, Manikganj & Inani, Cox’s Bazar. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Operation of Assure Tourism Ltd. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the hotel management, ensuring seamless operations, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, and also can run all operations of Assure Tourism Ltd (DERA Resort & Spa, Cox’s Bazar) 

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall performance of Assure Tourism Ltd (DERA Resort & Spa, Cox’s Bazar)

  • Provide visionary leadership to the team, setting clear objectives, mission and vision.

  • Look after the training and welfare of all men under command.

  • Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations.

  • Monitor and analyze operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Able to generate daily reports for higher management. 

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of hospitality industry professionals.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging continuous learning and development. 

Revenue Management:

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining competitiveness in the market.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions on pricing and promotional strategies.

  • Radius risk and adopt policy guidelines given by top management.  

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with our policies, hospitality laws, and security protocols. 

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the department budget, monitoring expenses, and revenue performance.

  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
