- Monitor and manage online community interactions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure that all interactions align with community guidelines and company policies.
- Track and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Speacial Skils- Have to special knowledge on Furniture Covers Item (Sofa Cover , Chair Cover , Ac Cover etc).
- ফেসবুকে, মেসেঞ্জারে কাস্টমার রিপ্লাই করা, কল করে ওয়েবসাইট এর অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা। ডেলিভারি সাকসেস হবার আগে পর্যন্ত কাস্টমার সাথে কমিউনিকেশন রক্ষা করে সাকসেসফুল ডেলিভারি করার ব্যবস্থা করা।
