Additional Requirements
- 4 to 6 years experience in relevant fields of work, e.g., communication, journalism, public relations, and media.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong coordination, networking, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in both English and Bengali (understanding of the Rohingya dialect will be an advantage).
- Excellent editing skills.
- Computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software, e.g., Microsoft Office and photo editing software.
- Communicating and sharing ideas and information – Able to present information and express opinions confidently to internal and external audiences.

Compensation & Other Benefits
Monthly gross salary: BDT 111,768 (Negotiable). In addition, CARE offers Hardship Allowance, Field Allownace, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Leave Encashment, Life and Health Insurance, Working Mother Benefits and Day Care Facilities etc.
