Job Responsibilities:
Assist sales team in capturing new business opportunities and pitching new services to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales team to build a winning strategy.
Prepare technical design and documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
Build Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ Bill of Materials (BoM), Costing Analysis, SOW’s, solution design, High-level design (HLD), and Visio’s.
Walk Customers through demos/POC based on common scenarios.
Collaborate and integrate the knowledge and feedback from the organization’s technical division.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, package business solutions, and develop marketing collateral to foster the organization’s sales efforts.
Gather market, customer, and competition info enabling competitive product positioning, prices, delivery, and specifications.
Educate internal team on latest technology trends, availability, and offerings.
Help management in forthcoming solution portfolio and trend
Coordinate and liaison with all employees, departments, key clients to provide supports.
Become the trusted technical advisor for our strategic customers
Any other job/s as assigned by the management from time to time.Lead solution team
