5 to 10 years’ experience in NVOCC and Shipping Line, freight forwarding.
OT and special container handling experiences will get more preference

Develop and implement strategic plans to target export-import businesses and generate lead.
Ensure on-time booking management of all assigned customers
Handle customer HQ and customer complaints and inquiries for smooth service.
Develop relationships with customers and prospective customers to generate new business
Regularly visiting potential customers’ offices, then use cold calling to build a customer base for your freight forwarding business opportunities.
Increase sales by designing and implementing targeted market strategies.
Ensure that the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals, and revenue generation targets are carried out.
Continue consistent communication with customers, internal departments, and overseas offices.
Always keep an eye on the trends and conditions in the international shipping market.
Representing our company to customers, the general public, the government, and other outside sources in a formal way. The information about the company can be exchanged over the phone or via e-mail.
Any other task assigned by the management needs to be Completed.
