Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

One Sky Communications Limited is a Leading Nationwide ISP (Internet Service Provider); IT Training and VTS provider company in Bangladesh performing in diversified areas of the IT Industry with a mission to be a proud contributor to Digital Bangladesh. One Sky is looking for Smart & well-experienced manpower for the HR & Operation department.

Responsibilities:

  • The main responsibility will be sourcing suitable manpower for continuous recruitment in the various departments according to the requirements.

  • Have to assist higher management (Managing Director, DMD, COO and Head of HR) as per requirement.

  • Prepare drafts of various official letters, emails, etc.

  • Arrange official appointments and meetings.

  • Update all related HR policies including employee’s service book in the HR database.

  • Maintain personnel files of all employees.

  • Address verification & update database for the existing and newly appointed employees.

  • Supervise employee Attendance and Leave Management.

  • Looking after Safety and Security Matters.

  • Lift & Generator maintenance and other related issues.

  • Official vehicle maintenance.

  • Maintain record for fuel and other vehicle-related issues.

  • Maintain liaison with the traffic sergeants and handle related issues.

  • Keep record & update of vehicle TAX Token, Fitness, Route permit, and perform transport-related activities with BRTA.

  • Responsible for housekeeping of office buildings;

  • Supervise all the drivers.

  • Keep in contact with all concerns of the organization.

  • Any task assigned by the management.
