Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Blessing Homes Ltd. is one of the promising real estate development company in Bangladesh, specializing in developing exclusive apartment complexes in prime locations of Dhaka city. It’s now looking for some smart, dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing Manager. The basic role will be discussing key selling points, selling apartments, and commercial space, visiting prospective clients, accompanying clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale. The candidate should have at lest 10 to 15 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations onto the company.

Job Responsibilities:       

  • Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate business and present market scenario.

  • Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.

  • Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

  • Must be self motivated and dynamic.

  • Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.

  • Corporate sales planning and implementation.

  • To visit prospective customers (if needed) & set up meetings with potential clients.

  • Focus on how to promote more sales.

  • To visit the apartment with the client for their queries and satisfaction.

  • Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.

  • To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.

  • Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials’ formalities i.e- Checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement and signing to the client.

  • Computer knowledge is the must.

  • Any other task assigned by Management.
