Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • PGDHRM from reputed institution will be preferable.
  • Any modern HRIS training or certification will be a plus.

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and employee referrals).
  • Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory payroll, benefits, and employee compensation requirements.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll issues.
  • Maintain accurate compensation data and reports for management decision-making.
  • Administer the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee records and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update employee information such as hires, promotions, terminations, and transfers in the system.
  • Generate HRIS reports to analyse workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee demographics.
  • Train employees and HR team members on the use of HRIS and self-service portals.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of training and development programs aimed at improving employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and assist with action planning based on results.
  • Promote a positive work environment through initiatives that support a strong company culture and employee well-being.
