Education

Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 32 years
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the advertising or digital marketing industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficient in Bangla content writing.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Having the mentality to work in coordination with the team.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to align with different campaign goals and objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including strategic, dynamic and video content.
- Manage the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Grow the company’s social media following and increase engagement with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, track, and analyze metrics, and adjust the social media strategy accordingly.
- Work with cross-functional teams and support to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with influencers and other brands to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, SEO and ad creative development.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and continually improve the company’s social media presence.
- Researching current benchmark trends on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).Creating content for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram post & Facebook stories).
- Creating and implementing social media strategies to align with reaching business goals.
- Making necessary plans, generating strategies and implementing those for brand development on Instagram.
- Collaborating with other teams, like marketing, sales and news desk to ensure brand consistency.
- Generating and implementing new ideas to develop brand awareness. Being up-to-date on social media related technologies, design tools and applications.
- Query Management, properly replying to all the questions coming from social media and helping by providing and collecting information.
